In Sybase PRM file, the operator was changed from NOT IN to NOT EXISTS like so:
<Operator Arity="1" ID="NOT_IN_LIST" Type="Logical">NOT IN</Operator>
to
<Operator Arity="1" ID="NOT_IN_LIST" Type="Logical">NOT EXISTS</Operator>
In Web Intelligence(Webi), when a report was created based on a Sybase universe/connection the SQL still shows NOT IN.
