Symptom

  • After upgrading to Business Objects Enterprise XI R2 SP4 you try to open a Web Intelligence document with multiple report tabs, you get the following error:
    (could not get page number (ERROR: RWI 00223)
  • After upgrading to Business Objects Enterprise XI R2 SP4 you try to Modify a Web Intelligence document and refresh the data, you get the following error:
    Unable to retrieve the first page of the current report. Check the report for errors or contact your Database administrator (Error: WIJ 2003)
