• Cannot create report;
• Error when creating report in ClearQuest;
• Error: 'Problems creating new report format. contact your ClearQuest administrator to verify that a supported version of Crystal Reports has been installed. Couldn't create CrystalReports Engine for report format version 11.0'

• From ClearQuest, select 'Report Authoring Tool';
• Choose 'New Report Format' and 'Author Report'

Environment: 

• Crystal Reports XI;
• ClearQuest 7.0.1.1;

• The issue happens within ClearQuest;
• The issue should be addressed to ClearQuest technical support;
