1263818 - OBJ_G_MIGRATION table not created by Report Conversion Tool

The BusinessObjects XI 3.1 Report Conversion Tool is successfully run. However, the 'OBJ_G_MIGRATION' table is not created and the following error message appears in the Report Conversion Tool log file:
