1264468 - Invalid property "crystal.enterprise.javasdk.servicemgr.path" when managing Servers using the Enterprise Java SDK.

Symptom

  • Java application using Enterprise Java SDK to Start/Stop/Restart an Enterprise Report or Job Server.
  • Exception thrown in IServer.manageServer(...) method: 

    com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$ConfigurationError: There was an error involving the system property "crystal.enterprise.javasdk.servicemgr.path". The value of this property at the time of the error was: C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\..\common\3.5\java\jni\win32_x86\ServiceManagerJNI.dll. This value does not appear to be valid.
