1265452 - Vintela Single Sign-On fails for the first logon attempt in a clustered BusinessObjects Enterprise environment

Symptom

  • Logon to InfoView using Vintela Single Sign-On (SSO) does not work for the first SSO attempt after the system has been restarted.
  • Error: Account Information Not Recognized: Unable to connect to service from server via CMS
  • Manual logon using non-SSO logon page works with the cluster name. It only fails when using SSO.
