Symptom

  • Job terminating with Oracle error
  • Listener is active and not blocked
  • Job completes successfully when degree of parallelism (DOP) is zero and Data Quality transforms are not running in separate process
  • Job terminates when DOP is greater than zero and Data Quality transforms are running in separate process
  • Error message on Error Log when executing the Job:
    "<OCI call <OCIServerAttach> for connection <TDSD> failed: <ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier  specified>.>"
