SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When a user try to launch the Extended Analytic Analyzer client through the Reporter web site, he encounters the error message :
"Failed to get Excel version, your regional settings must be English if you are using an English version of Excel (or multi-languages pack should be installed)" (cf screen shoot embedded)
Note : We can have the same message with other languages, here "English" is just an example.
