1269221 - calendar picker does not work when attempting to schedule reports

• 1. While attempting to schedule reports in XIR2 .Net Infoview, the calendar picker shows broken links and does not let you choose a date.
• 2. There is Alert/Waning at the bottom left hand corner of the Internet Explorer browser. You need to enable the status bar to view this (Enable view>status bar on the browser)
• 3. The accompanying link on the status bar at the bottom indicates that the application seems to be having a hard time downloading the calendar.gif from crystal report viewers folder
