Symptom

  • Clicking on "Table values" of universe object (In universe designer) gives an error message as
    "Exception: CS, DBDriver failed to load: C:\Program Files\Business Objects V3.1\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\dataAccess\connectionServer\dbd_oci.dll (The specified procedure could not be found)"
  • Running any Desktop Intelligence Report gives same error message.
