How to schedule a Crystal report to a Specific Printer from Infoview

BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2.

Windows Server 2003.

1. Log on to Infoview

2. Navigate to a Crystal Report.

3. Click on "Schedule".

4. Under Print Setting> Select "Print a copy of the report in Crystal Reports format when scheduling"

5. Specify the Printer name (*Note : The Printer name will be the share name of the printer you have installed on the BO server).

6. Click Schedule and the report will get printed.
