 For example: all users need the following preferences:

  1. Preferences My Interface locale is : English (United Kingdom)
  2. Current Time zone is : (GMT, DST) Greenwich Mean Time
  3. Web Intelligence Document Select a Format locale (English - UnitedKingdom)
