The CMS fails to start or stops immediately after starting, because nothing ends up listening on port 6400 (which is what it's configured to use).
No process called boe_cmsd is running.
Run cmsdbsetup.sh and choose the CMS name, gives errors:
"err: Error: failed to get cluster name."
