1273425 - When refreshing a Web Intelligence report based on a SAP data source unused objects are retrieved

Symptom

  • The SAP BW unit and currency meta-data for all key figures (measures) selected in the WebI query are always retrieved, even if the unit/currency objects are not selected in the query
  • When many key figures are selected, this can result in redundant SAP BAPI_IOBJ_GETDETAIL function calls to the BW server
