1273555 - Error "Microsoft SharePoint 2007 is required to install the SharePoint 2007 Integration Kit"

Symptom

  • 64 bit SharePoint server is installed on a server.
  • Trying to install Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) SharePoint Portal Integration Kit.
  • Installation does not detect 64 bit SharePoint server is installed.   
  • When installing, the following error is received:

"Microsoft SharePoint 2007 is required to install the SharePoint 2007 Integration Kit"
