Symptom

After migrating Crystal reports from one environment to other,

  • Users are not able to print the report from InfoView
  • When tried to print it gives error: "Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator"
  • Not able to export the reports to PDF format.
