Symptom

  • The Rules link is missing from Dashboard Builder/Performance Management
  • Can’t find "Rules" in Business Objects Enterprise XI Release 3.0/3.1 under the "Parameters" tab.
  • Under the "System Setup" tab, the "Universes" and "Dimensions" links are missing.
  • The "Time Config" tab is missing.
