When viewing a Crystal report in InfoView, the format of the data is incorrect. The data overlaps.
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Crystal report.
- Upload it to repository.
- Run the Job Server and Page Server on Local System account.
Crystal Reports Server XI
Cause
In the Central Configuration Manager (CCM), the Job Server and Page Server are running on the Local System account.
Resolution
In the CCM, change the servers to run on domain account.
