Symptom

  • error installing BOMM XI 3.0

  • installer halts when attempting to login to BOE CMS
    error message is thrown in a popup:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/crystaldecisions/common/keycode/KeycodeException
at com.bobj.mm.installer.CheckEnvironment.validateLicenseKey (CheckEnvironment.java:400)
