Symptom
- If a new user is added to a mapped Active Directory (AD) group, the user does not appear in the mapped group in the central management console (CMC) until the 'Update' button is clicked in CMC> Authentication> AD
- After logging in to InfoView with a newly mapped user, the user only appears to be a member of the 'Everyone' group until 'Update' option clicked
- When a user is removed from an AD group in AD, the user is still able to login and remains a member of the mapped AD group in the Enterprise
