1282020 - Scheduling a publication with dynamic recipients and personalisation in a distributed BOXI 3.x system causes error

Symptom

Scheduling publications in BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 throws the following errors, depending on the type of publication:

Publication event handler configuration error. Did you properly configure your publication? (FBE60300) 2009-04-03 10:48:24,334 ERROR [pool-4-tread-92] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminErrorLog_Instance_76808 - [Publication ID # 76808] - An exception was caught while scheduling the publication. (FBE60203) [1 recipients processed.]

'An exception was caught while scheduling the publication. (FBE60203).com.businessobjects.publisher.exception.PublishingException$DataProviderClassNotFound: Unable to find class com.businessobjects.publisher.dynamicrecipients.rebean.REDataProvider. Did you configure your publication properly? (FBE42030)'

Publication log file shows below additional message:

'java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.businessobjects.publisher.dynamicrecipients.rebean.REDataProvider'
