Environment

  • Crystal Reports 2008

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to File -> Options -> Fields -> Number -> Number -> Customize and make sure that the Thousand and Decimal Seperator is not selected.
  2. Create new report using Xtreme and the Orders table.
  3. Insert Order ID
  4. Create Static or Dynamic Prompt for Order ID.
  5. Insert manually or through the drop down 1002, 1003, 1006 and 1007.
  6. Use Select Expert to set the Order ID field to the new parameter. The field formats now show all the fields without a thousand seperator.
