Symptom

  • Cannot initialize Report Engine server. (RWI 00226)
  • Occurs when refreshing or creating WebI Reports reporting from an Oracle Database
  • WebI Report Server logs show the following error:
    • **ERROR:C3_dacs:CS::Error : (CS) "Invalid native charset : UTF8" .
