1283467 - Error "You do not have the right to 'Add objects to the folder' (ID: xx) for '' (ID: xx)" in BO

Symptom

  • Error: "An error has occurred: Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Add objects to the folder' (ID: xx) for '' (ID: xx). Please contact your administrator if you require this right."
  • Error message appears in different occasions: scheduling a document, saving a report, clicking on "Preferences" of Infoview / BI Launchpad, Opening the properties of a folder or a document, etc..
  • Error appears only for non administrator users
  • The users / groups have been given all the necessary rights to folders, applications, etc..
