1284113 - Looping prompt for database user name and password, while viewing a Crystal Report in Central Management Console.

When try to view Crystal Reports from Central Management Console, looping prompt for database user name and password appears.

If Process > Database > “Use original database logon information specified here” and “Use same database logon as when report is run” is enabled, the following error appears:

“Error Failed to retrieve initial report values. For example, the database information for this report could be incomplete or incorrect. This is a configuration problem. Please contact your system administrator. "
