Symptom

Error:1904 Module C:\Program files\Business Objects\Business Objects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\Managed.dll failed to register while installing Crystal 2008

Cause

Some dlls are not registered while installation.

Resolution

1) Ignore error message and continue with installation of Crystal 2008.

2) Once installation is done go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, Select Crystal 2008 and Click on Remove.

3) Install Crystal 2008 again, it will automatically register the missing dlls.
