- Followed all the steps present in the XI 3.1 admin gudie(xi3-1_bip_admin_en.pdf) to configure NT SSO.
- When trying to login to infoview SSO fails.
- The infoview login page comes with Error mesage below:
- 'Account information is not recognized:An internal error has occured in the NT Authentication plugin.secWindowsNT please contact your system administrator'.
- Normal "NT authentication" works fine for infoview without SSO.
