1287606 - When trying to logon to .Net Infoview using Single Sign On (SSO) with Kerberos in Internet Information Service (IIS) using Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) in the address, gets Windows logon prompt for Web Application Server.

Symptom

When we try to access .Net Infoview with Single Sign On (SSO) using only the machine name or the IP address of the BusinessObjects Enterprise server where application server i.e. Internet Information Service (IIS) is configured, we are able to logon without being prompted for username or password, but when we open the .Net Infoview using the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN), the browser prompts for Windows logon prompt for the Web Application server.
