Environment

  • SAP Crystal Reports 2013
  • SAP Crystal Reports 2016
  • SAP Crystal Reports 2020
  • SAP Crystal Reports 2025

Resolution

  • The following section contain information on how to download:
      
  • To download Crystal Reports 2020, 2025:
       
    • Full product installation:
         
      1. Go to the website: SAP Download Software
             
      2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
             
      3. In SAP Download Software, under the tab: "INSTALLATIONS & UPGRADES", select:
          
        • By Category
        • Analytics Solutions
        • CRYSTAL REPORTS
        • Select the desired version     ( For example: SAP CRYSTAL REPORTS 2020 )
        • Select the version again. 
        • Select the version once more.
                          
      1. It will display a list of available downloads for Crystal Reports.           
                     
                           
    • Product updates, like a Support Pack or a Patch: 
            
      1. Go to the website: SAP Download Software
           
      2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
           
      3. In the Software Downloads page, under "SUPPORT PACKAGES & PATCHES", select:
          
        • By Category
        • Analytics Solutions
        • CRYSTAL REPORTS
        • Select the desired version   ( For example:"SAP CRYSTAL REPORTS 2020 )
        • Select the version again
            
      4. It will display a list of the available Support Packages and Patches to downloads for Crystal Reports.                     
          
  • To download Crystal Reports 2013, 2016:   ( Unsupported Versions )  
    Important Note: There is no full product download for unsupported versions of Crystal Reports like Crystal Reports 2016 and below, only the latest product updates. 
    1. Go to the website: SAP Download Software
          
    2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
           
    3. In SAP Software Downloads, under "SUPPORT PACKAGES & PATCHES", select:
         
      • Archived by Alphabetical Index (A-Z)
      • C 
          
    4. In the page "ARCHIVE - C", scroll down, and select:
         
      • CRYSTAL REPORTS
      • Select the desired version of Crystal Reports.   ( For example: "SAP CRYSTAL REPORTS 2016" )
      • Select the version of Crystal Reports again.
                 
    5. It will display a list of the available Support Packages and Patches to downloads for Crystal Reports.        
                          
  • Important Note
    If you do not see Crystal Reports has a choice to select, or you have any questions , or you are having issues downloading Crystal Reports, create an case under the component: XX-SER-FORME, and include any errors you receive or a screenshot if the package isn't available.
