1292392 - Error: 'The database table cannot be found...' when refreshing a report in Crystal Reports

• Error: The database table cannot be found.
• When performing a Verify Database, it display the message: "Table cannot be found..."
• When refreshing a report in Crystal Reports, it fails with the error: 
      
   "The database table "<Table Name>" cannot be found. Proceed to remove this table from the report?"
