Symptom
- Kinit of vintela service account UPN (idm.princ@IDM.REALM) receives " client not found in kerberos database "
- Using the trace option "-Djcsi.kerberos.debug=true", tomcat logs show " client not found in kerberos database "
- Packet scan shows "KERB5KDC_ERR_C_PRINICPAL_UNKNOWN" for failed TGS request
- Upgraded 2003 to 2008 and now vintela SSO doesn't work
- Unable to configure vintela SSO in 2008 environment
- unable to receive a ticket from AD
