Symptom

  • After an upgrade from XIR2 to XI 3.0/3.1 with Performance Management (PM)
  • With a new installation where the Administrator password has been changed subsequently.

The following error occurs when trying to access Dashboards and Analytics:

The PMUser account is missing or corrupted. (EPM 03007) AA2209 Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)
