  • When opening any type of document from the Infoview (WebI, DeskI, Crystal Report, etc) reports you receive the error:
    Report error (An internal error occurred while calling "OpenDocumentsMDP' API. (Error ERR_WIS_30270)(Error: INF)
  • The problem can be affecting some or all documents
  • Some documents can be opened but show an older layout than the one expected
