1294891 - How to merge 2 fields in a report to make it 1 field?

• There are two fields in a report, firstname and lastname, eg. field 1 = John and field 2 = Smith.

• Merge them to make John Smith appear on report as a single field.

• Product – Crystal Reports XI Release1, Crystal Reports XI Release2

• Database – Any

• OS – Windows XP Professional

To merge two fields into one, create a formula as below: 

1) ({table.field1}& " " &{table.field2})

2) Create a formula like this and place it onto the report.
