1297367 - Remove Low Values not applied to grid in PDF Report

"Remove Low Values" not applied to a grid when viewed as a PDF in a PCM Report Manager report. 
The option "Remove Low Values" for zero value is set in a grid of the book. When using "Preview" tab in the book interface, all values <= zero are correctly removed from the grid display.
When using Report Manager calling this book, the grid generated in the report in PDF file displays all rows are shown, as if the option "Remove Low Values" is not applied.
Why is there a difference of displaying the grid in a book from Model Builder and the grid in PDF via Report Manager when "Remove Low Values" has been applied?
