Is the Report Designer Component (RDC) available for Crystal Reports 2008?
Resolution
The RDC is not available for CR2008. The RDC was retired after Crystal Reports XI Release 2.
The suggested migration path is to move to the ReportDocument object model in the Crystal Reports .NET SDK.
