Active Directory authentication fails for Java hosted InfoView.

Active Directory authentication works for CMC

InfoView error is:

  • Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again.

Tomcat's stdout.log (C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Tomcat\logs) state:

0 [http-8080-Processor25] ERROR com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.authentication.ldap.internal.SecWinADAuthentication  - Cannot create LoginContext. Configuration Error:
