1303869 - Adding a Technical Name to BEX Key Figure Properties causes associated currency conversion objects: Unit & Formatted value, to disappear from OLAP Universe in Designer XI3.1

Symptom

  • After manually adding a Technical Name to BEx Query Key Figure properties, the Universe 'Refresh Structure' update that follows incorrectly Deletes the associated currency conversion objects

  • Linked universe elements (Class, Measure, Unit & Formatted Value) are replaced with a single new Measure Object having the desired BEX TECHNAME

  • Consequently, the newly generated measure no longer has the associated ‘currency conversion’ objects (i.e. Unit & Formatted Value). As a result, display attribute functionality is lost
