Symptom

Can not configure Performance Management after installing BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 on HP-UX (IA-64). In Infoview, click on 'Dashboard and Analytic Setup'. Error message: "There is no AA Analytics Server available. Contact your Business Objects administrator to verify server status. AA2213"
