1305632 - Charts are not visible in a WebIntelligence report

Symptom

  • Unable to view charts in WebIntelligence reports - charts disappear
  • Tables are visible, but when transformed into charts, the page turns blank.
  • Charts are visible in View Structure, but if you click View Results, charts disappear.
  • Same behaviour in any of the view preferences in Infoview: Web, Interactive, PDF.
  • Same behaviour in View or Modify report.
  • Same behaviour in WebIntelligence Rich Client reports
  • Chart CAN be viewed in xls.
