- In XI 3.1 on both Redhat 4 update 4 and Redhat 5.3, stopping the Webintelligence processing server by itself and restarting from CmcApp causes the webi server to fail.
- However it works when all servers are stopped and restarted.
- Sometimes you need to stop all servers and start all of them several times, to get the Webintelligence processing server running again.
