'The Key entered is for undefined which is not a product managed by this license manager.' error message appears while trying to add the license keycode provided for BusinessObjects server in Crystal Reports designer.

1. Provide a license key in Crystal Reports Designer under License Manager.
2. Observe error message appears.

Not the appropriate license key was added to the Crystal Reports Designer. (e.g.: differenet Crystal Reports version's or the Server's license key was used.)

Use the appropriate license key based on your product + version.

Eg.: The steps to add a license key to the BI server:

1. Login to Central Management Console (CMC) and go to Home -> License Keys.
2. Add the key here that has been provided to you for the server.
