1306324 - The Key entered is for undefined which is not a product managed by this license manager

Getting the error: "The Key entered is for undefined which is not a product managed by this license manager" while trying to add the license keycode provided for server in designer

The key that has been provided is for server and when we attempt to add this key in the designer under License Manager we get this error

• Crystal Reports Server 2008
• Operating System: Windows server 2003

The license key for the server is added in the designer

1. Two different license keys exist for designer and server
2. Login to Central Management Console (CMC) and go to Home -> License Keys
3. Add the key here that has been provided to you for the server
