1306915 - In a Desktop Intelligence report, prompts that shared the same prompt name have the “Values” button of the prompt box grayed out

Symptom

  • DeskI Report contains multiple prompts in different data providers but they have the same prompt text.
  • "Values" button of one of the prompts grayed out.
  • Some times while refreshing the report as whole, we get incorrect LOV’s for that prompt.

  • The behavior is often seen with DeskI reports migrated to BO XI 3.0 or BO XI 3.1 from a lower BusinessObjects version.
