1307886 - Mouse event properties not supported in Crystal reports

Unable to see only data values without tooltip when we hover the mouse on data point.

1. Created a report with a line chart using data points.

2. Want to see the data values when we place the mouse pointer at data point.

3. We are getting the value along with field description in Tool tip but we want only values to be displayed.

4. We do not want to enable data points-values.

5. All the above points are the properties of mouse event.

6. These properties are only possible using SDK but not in Crystal designer.
