1308055 - Crystal chart background image is disappearing in the Live office

How to view the background image of a chart in Live Office.

Open the crystal report is crystal designer and make the chart background as transparent by following the below steps:

1. Right click on the chart in design mode of the Crystal report.

2. Goto Chart Expert.

3. Click Options tab.

4. Check the option transparent background in Customize settings.

5. Refresh the object in Live Office.
