1308068 - Exporting to Excel leaves blank sections in column heading

Symptom

  • Exporting data uisng crystal report into excel sheet where a column width getting chnage (bigger that defined one)

Reproducing the Issue

  • Crystal Reports 2008

Cause

It is related to having multiple columns next to each other with suppression logic

Resolution

Uncheck the "Suppress" option on each field in the column, it will still respect the formula but the starting status needs to be unsuppressed.
