WebI report saved with 'Refresh On Open' option enabled. When the user schedules the report and then views the latest instance the parameter dialog box appears and the user is forced to refresh the document. When the document is saved with the 'Refresh On Open' unchecked then the user is able to view the latest instance. It appears that the 'View' and 'View latest instance' functionality is mixed up when the 'Refresh on open' option is enabled.
