Symptom

Y axis is displaying repeated values in Combination Chart.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Drag a Combination Chart on canvas.
  2. Specify the Data range for the same in such a way that the Y axis values are large.
  3. Try to preview the dashboard, Y axis displays repeated values

Product version :- Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack1

Cause

The y axis values are large and are unable to display the label in fixed size.

Resolution

  1. Open the Properties of the Combination chart..
  2. Click on Behavior tab and select Scale.
  3. There is an option of Fixed label size in it.
  4. Clear the option so that it can take a larger label size.
