1311368 - Exporting Problem in Deski 3-tier mode when XI3.1 is configured with IIS-Tomcat redirector

Symptom

  • Exporting a Deski report from 3-tier mode does not work for any user when you are using IIS - Tomcat Jakarta redirector.
  • When logging into Tomcat directly, without going through IIS and Jakarta, exporting does work.
  • Exporting 2-tier deski report from both client workstation and the server work fine
  • Error on Deski client "Export Failed (DX0034)"
  • Simultaneous Error on the IIS web server - "IIS Worker Process has encountered a problem and needs to close." showing the Error Signatures as szAppName=w3wp.exe and szModName=isapi_redirect.dll
