Symptom

  • Error: "Unable to get the first page of the current report - Web Intelligence will switch to

    structure view (WIJ20003)"

  • Error: "Your session timed out. You need to close the java report and log in again."

  • Web Intelligence session times out

  • Error with function LastRefreshDate on empty Web Intelligence report
  • Unable to switch report from Structure to View
